Terms & Conditions

By using our service, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions set forth below, thereby forming a legally binding agreement between Creative Stuff Co., Ltd., (owner of the “VICI” brand; and hereafter referred to as “Creative Stuff”, “we”, “us”, “our” and their affiliates) and yourself pursuant to which you agree to comply with the Terms of Conditions laid out below. In the case that you not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, we advise that you should not use this website.

You may use our service without opening an account with us.


1. Legal Age Requirement

There is no minimum legal age requirement to view this website’s content; however, we do advise that anyone below the age of 18 should obtain parental consent before using our services, and when placing an order / paying for any service. As with any “paid” service it is advisable that parents and guardians supervise their children’s use of the website.


2. Website License, Copyright & Ownership of Content

All software, information, artwork, and other content provided by VICI are protected by copyright and other related laws. You agree that you will not reproduce, modify, disassemble, decompile or derive the source code for the website, publish any analyses or performance benchmark tests relating to the Software or the use thereof. You will have the right to use this website under the condition that you do not change the materials or remove any copyright or other proprietary rights notices in the materials. You may not distribute or copy such material without the written permission of the copyright owner.

3. Links to 3rd Party Websites

VICI may provide links to third party sites that might be of interest to you. We are not responsible for any content in or the availability of these third party sites. It is your responsibility to check and comprehend each site’s privacy policies and the terms and conditions of their service. If you have any concerns with regard to these third party websites please contact direct to the respective site’s webmaster or administrator.

 

5. Order Policy

Receipt of an electronic order or other form of order confirmation does not guarantee VICI acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to provide the requested service. VICI reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or refuse your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to supply less than the quantity you ordered. Your order is recognized as fully accepted by us upon the delivery of the ordered products. VICI may request additional verifications or information before accepting/processing any order.

6. Fee and Payment Terms

All prices are in Thai Baht and payment must be made with each order. Browsing or accessing the Site is of course fee of charge. Products, prices and services offered are subject to change without prior notice from time to time at our discretion upon posting by VICI on its website(s). For information on our products and prices please refer our product price list.

You hereby agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your orders which include without limitation taxes, value-added taxes, foreign transaction fee, import duty, and customs clearance, if any. Payment terms will be via online credit/debit card transactions via Omise, our official payment system, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refer to your credit card provider. VICI will not be held liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized use of your credit card by any other party. An electronic sales order confirmation will be sent to your email address once your order has been received into our system.

Any failure to make a valid payment may result in order delays and/or a refusal to process the requested service(s). When an order with a paid deposit is processed, we will hold the order for a 60 day period, unless otherwise agreed. During this period and until the balance amount is paid in full, VICI may send a notice to the customer’s email address to inform / remind them of their balance due. In the case that the balance is not paid within this 60 day period, VICI reserves the right to charge a handling fee and dispose of any unpaid property. Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice in any circumstances other than when an order has been accepted by us.

In the case of any queries or disputes relating to charges on your credit card, you must inform us in writing (to our Line Official: @vici) within 7 days of receiving your credit card statement. If VICI does not receive payment from your credit card company, you are obliged to pay all amounts due upon demand by VICI.

7. Delivery of Products Shipping Policies
Shipping according to location.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We are located in and ship from Bangkok. We use Thai courier e.g. Thai Post Office to ship out our orders.

Bangkok and central regions shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.
Thailand Island shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
International Shipping 7 – 21 days
*Does not include processing time, orders are typically shipped 2-3 business days after they are placed.

Notes:
– For urgent orders or delayed orders beyond allotted timeline, please contact us at ourLine Official: @vici where our admins will help you with your enquiries.
– We apologise in advance for delays due to postal service problems that are beyond our control. Please contact our LineLine Official: @vici and our admin will assist you in getting your orders as soon as possible.
– Custom orders are available, please contact our admins on our Line Official: @vici for an estimate of processing time.
– We will deliver the finished product(s) to the delivery specified in the order process. Delivery time is an only an estimate and is neither guaranteed nor fixed as part of this agreement. Slow or delayed delivery is not a an acceptable reason for cancellation of your order and you will not be entitled to compensation for delayed delivery. Orders may be refused if we believe that there is any infringement to these Terms of Conditions, and this will, be entirely at the discretion of VICI.

8. Force Majeure

VICI will not be liable for non-completion or delayed completion of our service caused by any extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our control including, without limitation, a contagious virus that severely interferes with normal business activity, wars, strikes, riots, hostilities, revolutions, national emergency, explosion, civil commotion, embargo, fire, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, and force of nature or any “acts of God”.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee & Product Warranty

VICI is proud of the excellent quality and craftsmanship of our products, and provides 100% Satisfaction Guarantee* against any manufacturing defects. Refunds and cancellations of an order are generally not provided except for cases of a product processing error or product malfunction (i.e. poor or defective processing/workmanship, product arrives damaged, product does not match ordered items). VICI reserves the right at any time to substitute or change the brand or exact type of materials used in production of your canvas without prior notice. In cases of material shortage, we will substitute by using the next best alternative material of the closest quality and specification.

As the leather goods are assembled by hand, the end result may differ from our website images. VICI also reserves the right to change any production method without prior notice. These may or may not result in a slight difference in the product’s final appearance or slight color changes, while maintaining the same quality and standards.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept any amendments or changes to be made to the order ONCE the order has been placed. Therefore, it is solely the responsibility of the customer to check their order thoroughly before ordering product(s).

In order to make a complaint, please email our customer service team including with picture of the problem/areas of dissatisfaction. We will assess the quality / condition of the product(s), and it will be at our sole discretion to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. All complaints on defective product(s) must be submitted within 15 days upon receiving your product(s).

10. Acceptance of Agreement

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. VICI reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update or make modifications to this Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice.
